Join certified instructor Susan Corak of Susan Corak Yoga for a combination journaling and slow-flow yoga class, pairing writing prompts that encourage self-exploration and creative thinking with a gentle vinyasa flow. A journal, like a yoga mat, can be a refuge, a place where you can discover more about who you really are and celebrate that discovery. There is the potential to lead this class as a hybrid of chair and standing yoga. New yogis or those with limited flexibility or mobility are welcome!
Participants should bring:
A mat, some water, and a journal (some additional water and notebooks will be provided).
Journaling will be done on the floor, so participants may want to bring pillows or blankets to be comfortable.
Any props or supports you usually need to practice.
